Hi,Try disabling and re-enabling the Hibernation feature and then check for the issue.a. Open the power properties (right-click the battery / power icon in the notification area, and select "Adjust Power Properties").b. Click the Hibernate tab, and then uncheck the "Enable Hibernation" box.c. Click "Apply", to delete hiberfil.sys.d. Then re-check the "Enable Hibernation" box, and click "Apply" or "OK" to recreate it.Also refer to the below link:The computer occasionally does not hibernate and you receive an "Insufficient System Resources Exist to Complete the API" error message in Windows XP with Service Pack 2, in Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005, or in Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/909095Regards,Manasa P – Microsoft Support.
